An upgrade to the popular Modo Bar located in the bustling Concert Square area of Liverpool City Centre. Our M&E design needed to allow the bar to remain open as the client insisted that downtime was kept to minimum and not affect business continuity. A first floor terrace and a revamped, permanent, external seating area ensured the bar stayed busy all year round.
