We’ve been appointed to provide full M&E design duties on the 21,000 sq ft expansion project at Barton Manor Hotel & Spa. The project will see the hotel double its accommodation provision with 50 new guest rooms, adding four blocks to the building’s footprint.
The scheme also sees the addition of a new entrance/lobby block with associated suites at mezzanine level, a glazed link to new accommodation and landscaping.
