As one of our projects in Crosby nears completion, another one is well underway!
The near completed building you can see below is built on a site formerly known as Central Buildings. The site lay derelict for well over 10 years, but now houses 39 affordable one and two bedroom apartments for Plus Dane Housing.
A quick walk down Great Crosby’s Moor Lane and you can see the completed steel structure of Telegraph House. When completed it will provide 72 apartments for The Sovini Group.
Both schemes have a range of commercial units on the ground floor to ensure the buildings fit in with their predominantly retail led surroundings.
