No. 3 Islington

Following on from our involvement in No2 Islington we have now been appointed by Liverpool Hope University to provide the full M&E services design for No.3 Islington.

The building was built in the early 19th Century and has been Grade II Listed since 1952. From 1883, the building was used as the premises of the Liverpool Society for the Protection of Children, the precursor of the NSPCC. It remained so until 1948, and the building was most recently a Doctor’s surgery and office accommodation.

The building is to be re-developed by the University to create approximately 6,000 square feet of additional Teaching and Office space that will further expand their Creative Campus.

The project sees us link up again with local architect practice Audere BW Architects.
