Project Name: 7 Water Street Sector: Residential Location: Liverpool City Centre Client: Aqua Commercial Ltd M&E Contract Value: £400,000

Built in 1899, the Grade II listed building, situated in the heart of Liverpool’s business district was purpose built as the Head Office of the Bank of Liverpool. In recent years, the building was known as ‘Il Palazzo’ and provided several serviced offices for a wide range of local businesses.

Once completed, the project will deliver 10 bespoke duplex and triplex apartments around an elevated courtyard on the upper floors, while the ground floor will be home to a new restaurant and bar. The basement is to be reconfigured to house a commercial kitchen, ‘back of house’ and associated staff areas as well as toilet facilities for the restaurant patrons.

We have been employed to design the mechanical and electrical services on this prestigious project and have a commitment to maintaining the heritage of the building while assisting with the conservation process.
