Working alongside JD Engineering on this design & build project, NECO undertook the full design of M&E services to this new build, extra care housing scheme for Plus Dane Housing.
The development consists of 19 apartments in the ‘south wing’ for those 18-55 years with additional needs, such as Learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health.
There are also 58 apartments in the ‘west wing’ for those aged 55 years and over with housing and support needs.
NECO provided design for general and emergency lighting, small power and data, nurse call, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation for the scheme.
