Once an old manor house, the family run, 4-star, Barton Manor Hotel & Spa is located in Preston, Lancashire. NECO were appointed to provide full M&E design duties on the 21,000 sq ft expansion project at the hotel. The development will see the hotel double its accommodation provision with 50 new guest rooms, adding four blocks to the building’s footprint.
The scheme, due for completion in late 2022, also sees the addition of a new entrance/lobby block with associated suites at mezzanine level, a glazed link to new accommodation and landscaping.
