Charnock Point is a development of 8 high specification commercial units located in Aintree, Liverpool. The size of the units range from 882 sq.ft to 3,550 sq.ft. and all include warehouse, office, kitchen and toilet facilities.
In addition to designing the M&E services, we were also commissioned to arrange the incoming utility supplies to the site and carry out the Part L SBEM & EPC compliance calculations.
