Heysham Primary Care Centre is located in Morecambe and provides a wide range of health services to the local area.
We were employed by NHS Property Services Ltd to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for the refurbishment of an existing staff base that was converted into numerous new clinic rooms and consulting rooms. NECO provided design for general and emergency lighting, small power and data, heating, water, ventilation and air conditioning for the HTM compliant scheme.
