Humyak House is a Grade II listed building in Liverpool City Centre. The building was listed for being a relatively unspoiled example of a mid-19th Century warehouse that still retains its original plan form, timber floors and cast-iron columns.
We were employed by Duke Street Commercial to design the M&E services for the building’s conversion into modern office spaces.
