Located in the quaint Lancastrian village of Mawdesley, offering amazing countryside views, we were commissioned by Birch Developments to carry out the detailed design of the M&E services to a large, state of the art private dwelling.
A key aspect of the M&E design was to achieve a 19% betterment of Part L Building Regulations as stipulated by the Local Planning Authority. This was accomplished with the installation of air source heat pumps to provide the property with heating and hot water, MVHR ventilation, and a large photovoltaic panel installation on the garage roof.
