Project Name: No. 3 Islington, Liverpool Hope University Sector: Education Location: Liverpool City Centre Client: Liverpool Hope University M&E Contract Value: £300,000

No.3 Islington was built in the early 19th Century and has been Grade II Listed since 1952. From 1883, the building was used as the premises of the Liverpool Society for the Protection of Children, the precursor of the NSPCC. It remained so until 1948, and the building prior to its refurbishment a Doctor’s surgery and office accommodation.

The building was re-developed by the University to create approximately 6,000 square feet of additional Teaching and Office space that will further expand their Creative Campus.

We were appointed by Liverpool Hope University to provide the full M&E services design and saw us link up again with local architect practice Audere BW Architects.
