North House is prominently situated on North John Street in the heart of Liverpool’s Commercial Business District. Formerly serviced offices, the building now provides 43 one and two bed apartments on its upper floors that offer spectacular views of the Liverpool skyline.
A restaurant occupies the ground floor of the building and remained open throughout the refurbishment of the upper floors. Innovative ideas were required to ensure that the drainage serving the upper floors were designed and installed to be as unobtrusive as possible to the restaurant.
