A substantial extension to an already impressive 5 bed detached dwelling, the project consisted of the construction of a swimming pool, gym, hot tub, steam room, entertainment area, snooker room, new kitchen and roof top orangery, which leads to a large terrace area.
Commissioned to carry out full M&E Detailed Design services, which included coordinating the upgrades required to the incoming gas and electric supplies, we also had to work closely with the pool & spa specialists and kitchen designers to ensure all the client’s requirements were met.
