Located in Prescot, 8 miles east of Liverpool City Centre, we were appointed to deliver the full M&E design on a new build hotel, opposite the town’s main railway station.
The proposed five-storey building will consist of 27 bedrooms on the upper floors, function suite & meeting rooms on the first floor and a restaurant/bar on the ground floor.
