Preston Healthport is located to the north of Preston City Centre and provides a wide range of health services to the local area.
We were employed by NHS Property Services Ltd to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for the partial refurbishment of the existing building. The building was refurbished to provide Ultrasound, Heart Monitoring Echo, Full Echo, and ECG facilities.
The project also included the extension of the building to provide a specialist single storey X-Ray facility complete with changing facilities and office.
NECO provided design for general and emergency lighting, small power and data, heating, water, ventilation and air conditioning for the HTM compliant scheme.
