Redmonds Building, located at Clarence Street and Brownlow Hill in Liverpool City Centre was built in 2012 and is named after the broadcaster and creator of the TV series Brookside, Phil Redmond.
The building is home to the Liverpool Screen School, the Liverpool Business School and the School of Law.
The project involved the stripping out of existing condensers and addition of new condensers, the replacement of DX cooling coils in the existing air handlings unit and associated control and electrical installation works. This was to provide multiple stages of heating and cooling to the HVAC systems serving the building to ensure it provided the best possible environment for LJMU staff, students and visitors.
