Located within the Ropewalks area of Liverpool, in the Duke Street Conservation Area, the site comprises of 5 Individual Georgian listed terraced buildings and the Grade II listed Watchmakers building, from which the development takes its name.
With the aid of heritage Lottery funding the project involved the careful restoration, facade retention, refurbishment and new build infill to provide 39 high quality studio apartments for the ever increasing student demand in Liverpool.
