Upper Hope Place is located in Liverpool’s genteel and largely residential Georgian Quarter, an area known for its classical 18th-century architecture.
The project involved the refurbishment of 28 – 38 Upper Hope Place, six Grade II listed Georgian terraced houses. The dwellings were modernised to create 18 one bed apartments. Wellcare Construction, who delivered the scheme for Sanctuary Students, commissioned NECO to provide a full M&E design service
