The project will develop a vacant city centre site providing 48 studio type apartments with associated residents facilities including cycle storage, gym, entrance lobby, private courtyard and residents terrace.
Working alongside the award-winning local Architects practice, Falconer Chester Hall, we have been commissioned to provide a full M&E design service including managing the incoming utility supplies.
