Working alongside JD Engineering on this design & build project, NECO undertook the full design of M&E services to this new build, logistics depot for Warburtons Bakers.
This purpose-built depot provides nearly 40,000sqft of warehouse/storage space and 5,000sqft of ancillary office accommodation. At nearly 4 acres the wider site also consists of an external car park, a lorry park, large vehicle wash and a vehicle re-fuelling island.
